Mhm I Got the Cheese

“Mhm I Got the Cheese” is a catchphrase and exploitable image edit built around a line associated with Bleood’s track “i aint start making money till i started doing drugs.” Its defining visual keeps a smiling man’s seated pose and Adidas shirt recognizable while changing his eyes and body into glowing crystalline material.

Bleood published the source track on May 14, 2026. The official Topic upload credits Bleood, the PROTAGONIST release, Last Chapel, and producers ivvys and awfultop. The earliest located complete meme-format use came later: on July 7, @needorkeep posted “Mhm I got the cheese” with the crystalline edit. That is the earliest documented pairing in the dossier, not a claim of absolute first use.

By July 17, @stick.eyeemoji had carried the phrase into a CapCut edit on TikTok, using a sound attributed to the same account. The format was no longer limited to one still image: the catchphrase and sound could anchor a new video edit.

Other versions changed the setting or the phrase. A July 20 Instagram reel reused “Mhm i got the cheese,” while a reaction-image reply used the unedited seated photograph and kept the line. On July 27, posts documented that Playboi Carti’s YouTube channel had been hacked; an archive from that day preserved the Bleood song under the title “Playboi Carti - MHM I GOT THE CHEESE.”

The remixing became more explicit at the end of July. @yvl_george00 changed the line to “I got the SON,” @satyrsea made a FNAF edit while crediting @stick.eyeemoji as inspiration, and @whoshilo extended the caption to “mhm i got the cheese mhm burrito fill it with beans” while reusing the crystalline image. These are documented adaptations, not proof that every version followed one single chain.

The format has two stable anchors: the compact cheese catchphrase and a recognizable subject or sound. Creators can preserve the seated pose while changing the body material, remove the crystalline effect for a reaction reply, carry the line into CapCut and FNAF edits, or replace and extend the wording. Each version remains legible because at least one of those anchors survives while the other element changes.
