Tung Tung God is a meme with two parts that can travel separately. One is the absurdly confident spoken name, dropped into a Bible quiz where it plainly does not belong. The other is the visual payoff: Tung Tung Tung Sahur recast as a celestial figure. Together they turn a category mistake into instant character lore; apart, they work as a reaction sound and a remixable image.

The earliest located public use in the packet is a TikTok that Blitzerz posted on December 8, 2025. Fortnite gameplay runs under a conversation in which Blitzerz asks a child to name five characters from the Bible, and the first answer is “Tung Tung God.” The post's own hashtags include “#tungtungtungsahur,” tying the improvised name to the existing brainrot character. Its later engagement snapshot—more than 4.3 million views and 237,000 shares by August 2026—shows how widely the source clip circulated, though those totals do not describe its opening-day reach.

That December clip establishes the spoken premise, not necessarily the completed visual format. Know Your Meme attributes the earliest located divine redesign to a January 1, 2026 TikTok slideshow: the wooden, bat-carrying Tung Tung Tung Sahur reportedly became white and winged, stood in heaven, and held a scepter. Because the slideshow's direct URL was not supplied, its authorship and priority remain uncertain. It is best treated as the earliest reported visual version, not a proven original artwork.

The two branches developed along different media paths. A secondary account says Blitzerz posted a longer YouTube version of the conversation on February 27, 2026, giving the short answer more context, and that @blephin_ moved the clip onto X on March 1. Neither item could be checked through an identifying, readable direct post in the packet, so they document reported expansion rather than secure points of priority.

The visual branch is firmer by March 8. On X, @tobbxxu shared the deity image with the Spanish line “Lqs cosas que me encuentro en internet,” roughly presenting it as one of the strange things encountered online. That framing matters: the image was no longer merely an illustration attached to the Bible-quiz clip. It could be passed around as an uncanny object in its own right.

One week later, @zCowSlice pushed the character into another game context. The March 15 post, captioned “TUNG TUNG.. GOD..#geometrydash,” placed him at the center of a Geometry Dash-themed scene. The transformation preserved the emphatic name and divine figure but changed the setting from a heavenly portrait into game-world fan art, the latest verified material mutation in the supplied chronology.

The base joke is unusually portable because its setup and payoff fit inside three words. “Tung Tung God” sounds close enough to Tung Tung Tung Sahur to identify the borrowed character, while “God” answers the religious category with maximum confidence and minimum accuracy. The clip supplies the collision; the later redesign makes that collision visible by treating the improvised answer as though it named a real character.

The visual mutation also uses a readable substitution system. The secondary description contrasts the base character's wooden body and baseball bat with a white body, wings, heaven, and a scepter. Those changes communicate “divine form” immediately, leaving later editors free to change the surrounding scene. The March X posts demonstrate both halves of that flexibility: one presents the figure as a self-contained found image, while the other installs him inside Geometry Dash.
